Bob has advanced directly through the trucking industry, working with M&R Trucking Ltd. for 23 years. His career started at the bottom of the ladder as a swamper. Advancement to driver and eventually owner/operator, truck push, dispatcher and assistant manager was achieved through experience and wisdom of rig moving. Bob has dispatched as many as five rig moves per day. In his role as a rig move supervisor, Bob has developed the knowledge of where and how to acquire the proper personnel and equipment to make each move a success for both on and off-road moves. His working history includes special projects in Nodwell's North Slope and the North West Territories. The experience Bob possesses has been gained over years of experience working within a team of highly skilled individuals in extreme terrain and weather conditions.

Bob's successes are attributed to the support of Betty and their association with the Akita Club of Alberta and Honshus Kennels. In this role, their awards as Top Canadian Breeders further demonstrate their attention to detail.
